Chopped Kale Salad with Creamy Tahini Dressing and Crispy Chickpeas

Ingredient List

1 bunch Lacinato Kale, washed, dried and finely chopped
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt
2 cups Crispy Chickpeas*


  1. Combine tahini, honey and lemon juice in small bowl.  Add in nutritional yeast.  Whisk in olive oil.  Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place kale in large bowl.  Add dressing and mix well until coated.
  3. Top with Air fried Chickpeas.  Serve.
