Chopped Kale Salad with Creamy Tahini Dressing and Crispy Chickpeas
Ingredient List
1 bunch Lacinato Kale, washed, dried and finely chopped
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
2 cups Crispy Chickpeas*

2 cups Crispy Chickpeas*
Directions
- Combine tahini, honey and lemon juice in small bowl. Add in nutritional yeast. Whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place kale in large bowl. Add dressing and mix well until coated.
- Top with Air fried Chickpeas. Serve.
