Tomato Stuffed Tuna Salad with Smashed Avocado
Ingredient List
Tuna Salad with Avocado
2 Medium Vine-ripened tomatoes
6 oz Canned tuna
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp shredded carrots
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive or avocado oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
2 Medium Vine-ripened tomatoes
6 oz Canned tuna
1 avocado, diced
1/4 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp shredded carrots
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp olive or avocado oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder

pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut 4-6 wedges without cutting through Tomato to form a “bowl”. Top with Tuna and enjoy!
