Spicy Mango Salsa with Cilantro and Lime
Ingredient List
1 mango, diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 radish, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper or 1/2 jalapeño minced (optional)
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 radish, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper or 1/2 jalapeño minced (optional)
Directions
- Wash mango, peel and dice in small pieces. Add to bowl
- Add remaining ingredients to mango. Mix well to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
