Salmon with Dill Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredient List

4-4 ounce wild salmon fillets
2 teaspoons avocado oil
1 garlic glove, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1 fresh lemon, sliced

Sauce:
6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh dill
¼ cup fresh cucumber, skins removed and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/8 tsp sea salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.  Arrange Salmon in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Combine avocado oil, garlic and fresh dill.  Evenly spread mixture over salmon.  Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

For Sauce, add puree cucumber in small food processor or blender.  Add to small bowl with remaining ingredients and combine until well mixed.

Place one salmon on each plate and garnish with fresh lemon slice and a dollop of Tzatziki!
