Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredient List
1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
1/4 cup organic raw oats
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup frozen zucchini (chopped)
1 small frozen banana (sliced)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp pure vanilla
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 tsp 100% maple syrup, honey or monk fruit (optional)
