Flourless Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredient List

1 cup natural almond butter (ingredients should be almonds and salt and it should be drippy!)
1/2 cup golden monk fruit sweetener (or sub coconut sugar, brown sugar and regular sugar)
2 T maple syrup
1 T salted butter, melted
2 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips (Or sub 1/4 cup broken up 80% dark chocolate bar)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a square 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil
  2. Beat eggs, almond butter, monk fruit or sugar, and maple syrup together until smooth
  3. Stir in melted butter
  4. Add cocoa powder and baking soda until a thick batter forms
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center is clean. You want these to be just slightly baked to keep them fudgy!
  7. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares
  8. Store in the fridge
