Chocolate Holiday Truffles {GF,DF}
Ingredient List
12 dates, pitted
2/3 cup almond butter (should be drippy)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. raw maca powder
2-3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional: Coconut flakes, hemp seeds, extra cocoa powder for rolling

Directions
- Add dates to the blender and process until smooth. If they are on the dry side, you may need to add a little bit of water or plant based milk
- Add the almond butter, almond flour, cocoa powder, maca powder and cinnamon. Continue to blend, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Use a spoon to scoop tablespoon sized balls and roll into a ball
- Roll each ball in topping of choice
- Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week
