Two Ingredient Fudge

Ingredient List

1 1/2 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
3/4 cup natural peanut or other nut butter (should be drippy)
Optional: Chopped roasted peanuts to use as a topping


  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper so sides are longer than the top and can be used as handles to remove the fudge from the pan
  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in thirty second intervals, stirring in between, until melted
  3. Add the peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth
  4. Pour into loaf pan and sprinkle peanuts on top if desired.
  5. Place in fridge for an hour or until set
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
