Chilean Sea Bass Ceviche with Fresh Cilantro

Ingredient List

12 oz chilean sea bass, cut in ½ ” thick cubes
2-3 lemons
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/4 cup cucumber, cubed
1 tbsp chopped jalapeño
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 avocados, halved and pitted

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Serve over half pitted avocado. Enjoy
