Buffalo Tofu with Spicy Ginger Slaw and Rice

Ingredient List

14 oz Extra Firm Tofu
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/4 cup Buffalo sauce or favorite hot Sauce
2 cups Spicy Ginger Slaw*
1 cup rice, cooked


  1.  Drain tofu and place between 2 cutting boards.  Weigh down with a heavy cookbook or pot and allow to sit for 30 minutes to drain excess liquid.
  2. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet.  Add tofu and allow to cook 5 minutes each size until crisp.  Add in hot sauce and mix well to coat.  Reduce heat and cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve Tofu with rice and spicy slaw.  Enjoy!
