Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredient List
1/3 cup oats (preferable organic and certified GF)
1 banana, ripe
2 eggs
¼ t cinnamon
Splash of almond milk, unsweetened
1 scoop protein powder of choice
Coconut oil, for griddle

1 scoop protein powder of choice
Coconut oil, for griddle
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender until batter forms; may add more almond milk to get desired consistency. Cook on preheated griddle (grease with coconut oil). Makes 3-4 small pancakes.
