Salsa Verde
Ingredient List
1 1/2 lbs tomatillos, husks removed, washed and cut in half
1/2 cup white onion
2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced in half
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp avocado oil
Sea Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine tomatillos, garlic onion, jalapenos and avocado oil on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until tomatillos start to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Place in blender with cilantro and lime juice. Blend well until smooth. Serve!
