Beet and Horseradish Spread
Ingredient List
2 large beets (can use canned as well)
1/2 cup shredded horseradish (freshly grated or in a jar)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup shredded horseradish (freshly grated or in a jar)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Remove ends from beets and peel. In a medium bowl, finely grate the beets. Add the horseradish, lemon juice and vinegar. Mix well. Store in a jar for up to 2 weeks and use on toast, bagels with salmon, tacos, salads, fish, chicken and beef. It is a great addition to almost anything! Enjoy!
