GF Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites

Ingredient List

1 cup GF rolled oats
1/4 cup vegan protein powder (We used Sun Warrior vanilla)
1/2 cup dried blueberries (no sugar added)
2/3 cup cashew butter
2 T flaxseed
1 T chia seeds
1 T hemp seeds
2 T honey or maple syrup

Optional: 2-3 T water or unsweetened almond milk if mixture is too dry


Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Add liquid if mixture is too dry. Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate or freeze. Enjoy!

These are easily made vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey!
