Rita’s Guacamole
Ingredient List
2 ripe avocados
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 lime, juiced or about 2 tbsp (or more if needed)
1 tbsp cumin
1 small tomato, diced
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions
- Wash avocados and cut in half. Remove pits and set aside. Scoop out avocado into a medium bowl.
- Smash avocado with fork until smooth but chunky. Add in remaining ingredients and mix.
- Add to serving bowl and place at least one pit in the center and cover. Allow to sit or serve immediately.
