Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredient List

1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup rice or cassava flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup milk (organic milk or unsweetened/unflavored nut milk or oat milk)
1/4 cup hot sauce (or more!)


  1.  Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash cauliflower, let dry and remove stems and leaves.  Cut into 1 1/2 inch florets and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, pepper, salt and milk.
  4. Add cauliflower to batter and make sure each piece is well coated.  Arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle hot sauce on cauliflower.  Garnish with celery, carrots and small amount of crumbled blue cheese if you desire!
