Ingredient List
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
Directions
- Combine all seeds in a mason jar a container that has a tight lid
- Store in fridge and use 2 T. daily for a nutritious mineral boost!
- We like to sprinkle on salads, peanut butter toast, yogurt/cottage cheese, stir into cooked grains or blend into smoothies
