Hot Chia & Flax Porridge

Ingredient List

1 cup coconut milk
3 T flax seed
3 T chia seeds

Toppings:
Honey, maple syrup or liquid stevia
Fresh berries
Hemp seeds
Nut butter

Directions

Simply combine coconut milk, chia and flax in a small sauce pan. Stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until thick. Add whatever toppings you desire. Enjoy right away!
