Flourless Almond Butter Brownies
Ingredient List
1 cup natural almond butter (ingredients should be almonds and salt and it should be drippy!)
1/2 cup golden monk fruit sweetener (or sub coconut sugar, brown sugar and regular sugar)
2 T maple syrup
1 T salted butter, melted
2 eggs
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips (Or sub 1/4 cup broken up 80% dark chocolate bar)

1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips (Or sub 1/4 cup broken up 80% dark chocolate bar)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a square 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil
- Beat eggs, almond butter, monk fruit or sugar, and maple syrup together until smooth
- Stir in melted butter
- Add cocoa powder and baking soda until a thick batter forms
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center is clean. You want these to be just slightly baked to keep them fudgy!
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into 16 squares
- Store in the fridge
