Chimichurri

Ingredient List

1/4 cup each fresh cilantro, parsley and mint
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. red onion
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 tbsp (or more)lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.  Enjoy on just about anything!  Delicious with chicken, eggs, steak , tacos or fish!
