Cherry Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredient List

1 pint multi-colored Heirloom cherry tomatoes
1 small shallot, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions

Combine shallot, garlic, vinegar in medium bowl.  Whisk in olive oil.  Add tomatoes and mix well to coat.  Top with fresh herbs and mix until evenly spread.  Serve over top your favorite bread.
