Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredient List
1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup rice or cassava flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup milk (organic milk or unsweetened/unflavored nut milk or oat milk)
1/4 cup hot sauce (or more!)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash cauliflower, let dry and remove stems and leaves. Cut into 1 1/2 inch florets and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, turmeric, pepper, salt and milk.
- Add cauliflower to batter and make sure each piece is well coated. Arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way.
- Remove from oven and drizzle hot sauce on cauliflower. Garnish with celery, carrots and small amount of crumbled blue cheese if you desire!
