Black Bean Hummus
Ingredient List
1.5 cups cooked black beans or 1-15 oz can black beans, drained and wash
1/4 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, mint, parsley or 1 tbsp each
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp avocado oil

Directions
Combine in blender or food processor and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
