Spicy Ginger Slaw
Ingredient List
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 carrot, shredded
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 fresh lime, juiced
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp or more crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 carrot, shredded

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp or more crushed red pepper (optional)
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine cabbage, cilantro, carrots and garlic in medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and honey. Whisk in oil. Add to cabbage mixture and mix well to coat.
