Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredient List
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
1 T avocado oil
1 T pure maple syrup
1 T fresh rosemary
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 t black pepper

Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Toss cubed squash in oil, syrup and spices until coated. Spread in even layer on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fork tender.
