Lime and Ginger Grilled Ahi Tuna Steaks

Ingredient List

2-5 oz Tuna Steaks (sushi grade)
1/4 cup coconut or liquid aminos
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 scallion, chopped


Combine aminos, oil, lime juice and ginger in medium bowl.  Add Tuna steaks and coat well.  Sprinkle with black pepper.  Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Prepare grill.  Sear tuna steaks for 2-2 1/2 minutes each side.  Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.  Serve with freshly sliced scallions.
