Magic Bars {GF, DF}
Ingredient List
1 cup oats (certified gluten free)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2-3 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
2 T sweetener (sugar, coconut sugar or monk fruit) – you can use more or less to your taste
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips (we like Lily’s brand!)
3 T unsweetened coconut flakes
Handful oats (for sprinkling on top at the end)

1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips (we like Lily’s brand!)
3 T unsweetened coconut flakes
Handful oats (for sprinkling on top at the end)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper
- Place dry ingredients in a food processor and combine until no large chunks remain
- Add 3/4 of the coconut milk and process until you get a wet dough like consistency
- Press the dough into the loaf pan
- Sprinkle coconut flakes and chocolate chips on top, then drizzle the remaining coconut milk over the top
- Top with handful of oats
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until top of the bars start to brown and coconut flakes look toasted
- Let cool completely in pan, then remove using parchment paper liner and slice
- These keep well in the fridge or freezer!
