You are going to want to try this! For all of us who struggle with Gluten, but miss our traditional banana bread, this is your chance to make up for lost time!
For Vegan you can swap out the eggs for 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal and 5 tbsp. water.

Ingredients:
3 medium ripe bananas
2 1/4 cups Almond flour
2 eggs, at room temperature
3 tbsp coconut oil or grass fed butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup organic brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp milk or milk substitute
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine sugar and butter or oil in mixing bowl. Blend together with electric mixer. Add bananas and blend together. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and blend. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Mix well together. Mix in chocolate chips.
Grease a large bread pan. Add mixture and place in oven for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and place foil on top. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until firm in the middle. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy!
